Welcome to XpertERP, a product by MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XpertERP’s web and mobile applications, software modules, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using XpertERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Service immediately.

You agree not to use XpertERP for any unauthorized or illegal activities. Access may be suspended or terminated if the Service is misused.

To use XpertERP, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing your account with others without authorization. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access or a security breach. XpertERP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws in your region.

4. Software and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software of XpertERP—including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and trademarks—are the property of MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. Use of the Service does not grant you ownership or licensing rights beyond these Terms.

5. Service Availability and Updates

We strive to keep XpertERP available and running smoothly; however, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Updates or new features may be added to enhance performance or security.

6. Payment and Subscription (if applicable)

If your use of XpertERP involves paid services or subscriptions, fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of your access. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

XpertERP and MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities caused by delays, interruptions, or errors. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last twelve (12) months.

8. User Responsibilities

By using XpertERP, you agree to use the system ethically and within legal boundaries, avoid uploading malicious or harmful content, and respect other users’ data privacy and intellectual property rights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your access will be disabled. You may request an export of your data within a specified time period.

10. Confidentiality

All business and operational information shared between you and XpertERP is confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose or share such information without consent, except where legally required.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

12. Changes to the Terms

XpertERP may update or revise these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
